There is a bit of an ick factor but if it delivers what I want I can get over that :)\n\nUpdate: I just saw more of it and lost all interest. From initial screenshots I think I got the wrong idea about it, but now from the trailer it appears to going for anime styling and monster-hunter gameplay. Not my thing, though I'm sure it scratches someone else's itch. If people (*real* people that I know) start raving about it I'll take a second look but I won't be actively following it."

It's like having two cakes, but one is a slightly less appealing flavor to the other - but I still have two cakes that are both delicious!\n\nIs it a bit scummy that their taking so much from Horizon? Yes - but I also would like some Wild Machine Post Apocalypse Games that *aren't* Horizon, if you get what I mean?\n\nAlso, I actually kinda like base building in games, so the fact that it has that as well as being available for Android/AOS is pretty cool in my opinion."

"body": "Mtx is short for microtransactions. Is a monetization sistem that sells you skins, weapons and other stuff in game for real money. Small purchases that during the game live cicle start to acumulate. Like v bucks in fortnite\n\nGatcha is a gaming genre very popular in china and japan that basically involves you playing the game or playing with real money to get chest or perform summons to get champions, weapons and material to use in game, randomlly. For example genshin impact"
