I can't gift GTA V premium bundle to my brother

Since GTA V is on sale and my little brother's Bday is coming up in 2 days, i wanted to gift GTA V, but when i pushed to purchase with steam wallet, a pop up appears preventing me to do so. "An unexpected error has occurred. Your purchase has not been completed.Please wait a few minutes and try again.If you encounter this error repeatedly, please contact Steam Support."What should i do? I'm afraid the sale won't longer be there.
