They just don't care. I can't remember a recent (3D) triple A title that doesn't support ultrawide (natively). The only ones are crapcom's RE7 and MHW (both were fixed by the community btw).In fact, ultrawide support is getting better and better, we have a lot of games that features full uw loading screens and properly implemented ultrawide menus!I don't hate MHW, it's an amazing game, I bought it for my ps4 pro (after refunding it on steam and NOT leaving a negative review!) since I prefer to play in a big 4k screen instead of having black borders on my monitor :P and for me, it's my personal GOTY! The lack of ultrawide support was just a very sad surprise (not so surprising, considering it's capcom). "Considering it's capcom"These kind of comments annoy tf out of me. I get that capcom's not perfect, but they've done very little wrong with this game. Free updates, new monsters after launch, not just flatout banning all modders, etc. They've done much more good then bad with this game and previous MH titles. Sorry, I didn't mean to annoy anyone, and I don't hate capcom, in fact, they might be my favorite studio right now! Resident Evil 7 was absurdly good (even without the native UW support), Mega Man 11 was another fantastic game, I was just playing MHW on my ps4 (personal GOTY) and I've already pre-ordered Resident Evil 2 on GMG :P, not to mention DMC5 (holy sh*t *-*)!!So yeah, I love capcom, but when it comes to PC (tech) games and ports/updates they aren't very... how should I put it.. "efficient", and right now they seem to hate any AR other than 16:9 lol.In other words, considering it's capcom (sometimes crapcom) I don't expect much from their PC releases anymore, they neglect their ports for years, release buggy games and their recent titles are lacking the "malleability" that makes pc gaming great.Again, sorry, I didn't mean to sound like I hate capcom, in fact, I love them :3I hope they improve their PC support in the future ^^
