"body": "Not as good as PC Players and that’s an exaggeration even if PS players get “good” they still wouldn’t be as good as an Xbox player who’s been playing since launch or even nowhere near as good as a PC player that’s been playing since launch. Even Xbox Players disable Crossplay because of PC players it’s nothing new and won’t be anything new. The advantage PC players have against console players especially in a game like Sea of Thieves is immaculate. Also PC players I heard in the hourglass game mode hack a lot and you have like a 30% chance of coming across a cheater/hacker especially since the game has no anti cheat. Some people want to get their rank up to 100 so they can get those awesome curses and it would be hella time consuming if you lost 80% of your fights because you’re going against experienced Xbox and PC Players. "

All the equipment you start with on your first time loading up this game is exactly the same equipment that someone who has been playing since launch will have. The only other thing they have under their belt is experience and cooler cosmetics. In fact the only real sort of way to get something \"better\" in this game is a captained ship, which mechanically all it does is give you the ability to save cosmetics and sell loot quicker, it has no effect on your journey out on the seas.",

I have been seeing clips of PC players and their skills and it’s crazy watching one shoot themselves from a canon and quick scope someone in mid air then land on their ship and 1v3 the rest of everyone on it and then sink the ship. MnK would have way too much of an advantage and this is an issue in every game that’s why they would never force crossplay on Rainbow Six Siege because PC would obliterate the console players. Also stop lying you know the experience and MnK matters when it comes to combat you just want to trick PS5 players into thinking it doesn’t matter so you could constantly steel loot and treasure from noobs and get free easy kills and sink ships and rank up your reputation. "

All your supplies are reset and any loot you didn't sell are gone.\n\nOh also I forgot because this is new but if you logged off with a rowboat attached to your ship it'll still be there too"

Though if Playstation players figure out how to turn controller early on that might change.\n\nGenerally, you get more total noobs on crossplay because people who knows enough to turn on controller only usually have a bit of experience.\n\nYou probably will be able to join xbox players on controller, but TBH the skill gap is enough that it probably won't matter if you encounter a sweaty controller crew or a sweaty M&K crew, you're probably not beating them for a while either way.",
