      "body": "Siosa in the Act 3 Library and Lily Roth in the Act 6 town will both sell all available gems regardless of class restrictions. The former only sells gems up to a certain level, while the latter sells all purchasable gems. You'll have to complete a quest for both of them to buy gems - find some pages for Siosa, and clear a zone for Lily.\n\nAlternatively you can purchase the gem on a second character, or from another player.",

              "body": "There are few skill gems that cant be bought from vendor tho! Added Chaos damage, Detonate Mines and Portal can only be obtained from drops.",

                      "body": "If you play a SSF league, then you just gotta grind it and try to roll the Gemcutter strongboxes for more gems. But if you play a \"trade league\", you can just buy one with a chaos orb from other players."

          "body": "Lilly will also sell you gems from Oriath FYI. You don't have to do the Twilight Strand quest either. There's some quest in act 10 that counts as helping her, at which point she'll start selling gems to you. Can't remember the quest offhand though."

      "body": "The easiest answer to your question is Lily Roth after you finish her quest in act6.  She has all the gems(sans drop only ones) at a lvl1.  \n\nYou can trade for the gems you need (usually quality ones between 10-15% are 1c depending on how \"meta\" they are)\n\n"
