Game is not launching properly

Whenever I click "Play" on steam, it always says "Do you want to the following program to make changes to this computer" and it has dfbhd.exe. After I click "Yes" nothing happens. It shows that I am playing the game for a bit and then it turns me back to "Online". In Team Sabre, I can get the game to launch by the folder app but not on steam, however, single player is greyed out.Anyone know how to fix this? I've tried using compatibility modes and furthermore tried re-installing and veryfying the chaches.
