Error - Couldn't start

I'm getting this error everytime I launch the game: Couldn't start:"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Delta Force Demo\Game\DeltaForce/Binaries/Win64/DeltaForceClient-Win64-Shipping.exe" Delta Force -gamechannel=3 -psocache -UserDir=. CreateProcess() returned 2e4.Anyone know how to fix this?
