BHD and BHD-TS have an internal conflict. Right click BHD in steam and select "delete local content". Then right click BHD-TS in steam library -> properties -> local files -> verify game cache integrity. The game will download around 33 files. Once the download is complete you will be able to play.

I had to do:1)	Open Control PanelClick on Programs and Features.Upper Left click "Turn Windows Features On or Off".When the list populates find Legacy Components, you might have to scroll down.Click the tiny PLUS to the left of Legacy Components. There is Direct Play item in there and make sure it is CHECKED. Click OK.2)	Re-boot computer3)	After that Logon to Steam4)	Go to Steam LIBRARY5)	Click Delta Force: Black Hawk Down (1 click)6)	Right click: Properties7)	Choose ”LOCAL FILES”8)	Browse Local Files9)	Choose ALL local Files and DELETE them all10)	After you have deleted all ”Local Files” choose ”VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES”. It will start to download files again (33 files)11)	This same have to be made also for Delta Force: Black Hawk Down – Team Sabre. So repeat the steps 5 – 10. For Team Sabre it informed if I remember 39 files which it downloads again12)	After these steps for both Delta Force and Delta Force-Team Sabre has been made check also that file ”dfbhd” is runned on Windows 7 Compatibility mode. Might be that also the option ”Windows XP (Service Pack 3) works also Ok. Find the file ”dfbhd” from folder where all files are located and right click. Choose Run on Windows 7 compatibility mode. And ”Run in 640 × 480 screen resolution” is tagged and tag ”Run this program as an administrator”. I also choose ”Override high DPI display scaling behavior”.13)	After the change has been made for ”dfbdhd” file. Do the same for the file ”dfbhdlc”. Both these 2 files are located in the same folder. 14)	After this has been made Compatibility can also be tested by pressing the link ”Run compatibility troubleshooter”. See link below. 15)	https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15078/windows-make-older-programs-compatible16)	This testing for compatibility went Ok to Delta Force Black Force down and there it started to test screen card resolution Ok. 17)	Re-boot computer (just to be sure)18)	After reboot go to Steam and try to run both programs.19)	This was with Win 10. 64 bit. Intel Core i7. NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060 6 GB. ASUS X170 ProGaming20)	The reason why I had to do these ones bit longer way was that I started to get also ”Application load error 5:0000065434.
