I think this is due to the fact that the game was released but not publicly available, and yes, I also have error 39, I don’t know, maybe a VPN can help, but that’s not certain.

Same problem here, tried everything...delete the game file from steam, install directly the launcher...opened a ticket with the community mods on discord.tried to use 2 different connection booster and select the server where my level infinite pass is based on...but still getting error 39

Use PlanetVPN  And you will be happy. I spent 2 days looking for the reason. I found it. This means that gambling is prohibited in your region!
