          "body": "Seems like it, my accounts won't work from home which is century link, walk out and go to somewhere with different wifi and it works fine.",

      "body": "Something changed mid-November 2023 that caused Pokemon Go and Roblox to be blocked for all devices using my CenturyLink DSL service. I found that disabling \"Cyber Security\" on the CL modem fixed the issue entirely, but that's not an acceptable solution. I found other reports that said VPN solves the issue too.\n\nI chatted with multiple firstline support people at CL, who finally insisted on scheduling a tech visit. I accepted because it seemed like they were out of ideas even though I didn't think it was an on-site issue to fix.\n\nLater that evening I received a text message that said, \"Our monitoring systems have identified and resolved your service issue. Please check...\" Lo and behold, Pokemon Go was suddenly fixed, but I kept the appointment because Roblox was still broken.\n\nThe tech came out today and confirmed that he couldn't help, but at least he didn't lead with an immediate \"we don't fix apps\" response like one of the firstliners did.\n\nIt certainly feels like their \"Cyber Security\" feature is blocking access to a service that Roblox (and Pokemon Go) uses for aspects of their game, both because disabling \"Cyber Security\" fixes it and because they were able to address the Pokemon Go problem without visiting my home.\n\nIt's great that Roblox is acknowledging the issue but I suspect the solution will have to come from the ISP.",
