    "title": "Due to my chat settings (which are default) I am unable to text-chat in game! Help!",
    "selftext": "I have attempted contacting Roblox support twice now and they have been unable to help me. The internet keeps telling me that I need to change my privacy settings as far as who can talk to me in-game. I'm at a dead end here! My settings are default and I can't text-chat in any Roblox server I join. I haven't even broken any community guidelines. I'm just trying to play Dress to Impress and I want to be able to text-chat ): Any assistance would be appreciated! UPDATE: My problem was resolved! For those experiencing similar issues, activate parental controls and then deactivate them again.
