Stopped Playing this due to Connection Error. Has that been fixed?

Bought this game shortly after release and simply couldn't get reliable connections to people. Just constant connection errors when invading, cooping, being invaded, etc. I would stop and pick up the game every few months to see if it got fixed but after a while I just gave up hope.It's not like this is the first FS game to have this problem. Had a fair few connection errors in DS3 but not nearly as frequent as Elden Ring. I'm almost positive it's not me as I've had it happen on multiple systems and friends suffered similar problems. At one point I caved and downloaded a coop-only mod to play this with some people and had literally zero issues with connectivity. Signs showed up instantly and sessions were rock solid every time we played. However it disabled invasions and random player interactions which I really enjoy.If it's just the crummy EAC implementation and it's still persistent I won't bother re-installing after all this time but if there's a good chance it's fixed I'd like to try again. I could probably pick the game up on console since I hear they have none of these EAC problems mucking up connectivity.
