Yes, it can be frustrating with Oni. If you have a pc or want to buy/build one, the i3 6100 and follow up is a good low budget cpu for this game. Has no single core turbo boost, but good high clock speed and decent level 1,2,3 cache. For a bigger budget i7 6700k and follow up cpu`s. Ive delidded an i7 7700k, running it with 1.3 kilo air cooler noctua nhd15 , no pc case, z270 chipset, running one core stable at 5.4 GHz with the game in turbo boost at 40 celsius. If you want to run the game seriously one will blow 100-200 watts cpu heat out. I had some usd3000 gaming notebooks in the past, its all crap and melts. Not even talking of low budget ones. i3 6100 and board will not cost you much, you can also buy those used for small money. If you like you can mention your cpu here... Hope you can enjoy Oni someday better.
