I have almost the same system and identical problem.Through some troubleshoot myself I found it was the system monitoring software I have installed causing the problem, the software creates a server on the PC constanly pulls readings from differents components and sends them to the client display monitor through LAN. Once I uninstall the moniroring server, the problem was gone, everything works perfect on AMD side. If I install the moniroring software again, the problem comes back. I have tried drivers 24.3.1-24.1.1 with DDU, and they all behaved the same, AFMF+FPS overlay on 24.4.1 will crash the andrenline to restar itself into loops.But 23.30.13.05 was working fine with the moniroring software. The moniroring server displays FPS readings straight from GPU, it even displays the generated frames count on this version. I guess the hook of FPS counter have changed with the official release of Andrenline Edition which causing the problem. Hopefully this information will help to solve the problem.
