"body": "everything reset except characters you had collected. So all your max level characters got reset to 1. All grinding dungeons got reset to level 1. and all story content was reset. It's like you started the game over from scratch except you had the characters you unlocked."

"body": "It's closing the US servers because its publisher is a subsidiary of TikTok, and the US government is currently trying to kill TikTok and has labeled it a foreign adversary.\n\nThat's the \"special circumstances\" behind the server closure."

"body": "As some one who played this in the past, I saw this EoS and assumed it was cuz it's a dying game (they cancelled the half anniversary \"celebration\" a few months back for example).\n\nBut then the drama and rumors about this being related to TikTok started going around and the devs \\*are\\* really going out of their way to stop people in the US from playing. There is no \"US Server\", so they're literally ripping out individual accounts for people they flag as being in the US. Servers were already low pop, so this won't help and the game probably will die for real soon.\n\nIn any case, this game wasn't made by ByteDance (SGRA, though I don't know who owned them) and was previously published by Nuverse but apparently it's all Tencent now (owner and publisher). So something still doesn't add up.\n\nBut it might be worth keeping an eye on just in case this really is some harbinger of future issues Chinese games will have in the US.",

"body": "It's all related to TikTok and especially Chinese spying. You are correct we need to do more homework before becoming invested in any game these days. The vast majority of games are Chinese which doesn't make me feel good about my other games I play."

"body": "It's because of the fight between the FTC and the merger with Tencent and those behind TikTok. Makes me real nervous about all my games that have Chinese developers behind them (which are surprisingly many)."
