CS2 sudden Flickering graphics/frame rates

I've started to have this weird issue which started after opening to buy menu in-game (could be coincidence), it makes the visuals flickery almost like frame rates are dropping unconsistently. I haven't played much cs2 but I remember having experienced a similar issue in CS:GO randomly and 1 person had fixed it for me. He had given me a console command to run and it like refreshed my game and made it work again... I don't remember this command so I cannot try it.Anyone can help?
