When creating games on ROBLOX, players have access to a bunch of commands which can affect how yourself, or other players, act. These commands, known as Admin Commands, are special lines of text that you put into the chat.
We’ll cover some of the most common Admin Commands for you to play around with, as well as what you need to do to access them and how to use them!
advertisementHow Can I Use ROBLOX Admin Commands?Unless you’re in a game where you’ve been given Admin privileges or you created the game, you won’t be able to use these commands. Admin Commands are used by the Game’s owner and whoever they allow access to. So, you can’t boot up a random game on ROBLOX and start abusing these commands on an unsuspecting player.
However, if you are fortunate enough to be trusted by an owner or another Admin, or if you’ve booted up your own ROBLOX game, you’re free to use these commands.
It’s worth noting that you can access extra Admin commands, as opposed to the original ROBLOX Admin commands, by adding an admin command Pack to your game (such as HD Admin). For simplicity, we won’t get into what these packs entail as they all hold different commands.
How to use Commands in ROBLOX?First, make sure you have access to the Admin commands by entering the chat box (by pressing the “/“ key) and then entering “;cmd” (without quotation marks) and pressing enter. This will let you know whether or not you have access to the Admin powers.
From there, if you have access, you can enter a bunch of different commands and mess around. Here’s a list of commands to play around with.
;jump - Makes you jump  ;kill - Kills the player ;loopkill - Kills a player over and over again ;sparkles - Adds sparkles effect to player ;unsparkles - Removes sparkle effect ;ff - Creates a force field around a player ;unff - Removes the force field from a player  ;fire - Sets a player on fire  ;unfire - Stops the fire  ;smoke - Adds a smoke effect around a player ;unsmoke - Erases the smoke effect ;minihead - Makes a player’s head smaller  ;bighead - Makes a player’s head bigger  ;normalhead - Returns a player’s head to normal ;trip - Trips a player up ;sit - Forces a player to sit ;invisible - Makes a player invisible  ;visible - Makes a player visible  ;freeze - Freezes a player  ;explode - Causes a player to explode ;merge - Allows one player to control someone else ;control - Gives the Admin control over another user ;givetools - Gives a player ROBLOX Starter Pack tools ;removetools- Removes a players Starter Pack tools ;jail - Jails a player  ;unjail - Removes the jail around a player  ;god mode - Makes a player impossible to kill  ;ungod mode - God mode player becomes normal again ;kick - Kicks a player from the game  ;zombify - Turns the player into an infectious zombie  ;admin - Gives a player access to Admin commands  ;unadmin - Revokes Admin Commands from a playerIf you add a space after the command and enter “me” (without quotation marks) or [playername] (without brackets) the command will affect whoever you enter. An example of this can be seen below:
;admin me ;admin PlayerNameNow that you have access to a lot of fun or interesting commands to play around with in your or a friend's ROBLOX game, go ahead and cause some mayhem. Remember, don’t give Admin privileges to someone you don’t know.
